Santa Cruz’s Hightower is consistently one of the most popular mountain bikes on the planet, years of refinement and perfected geometry makes for what could be the ultimate do-everything MTB.

With a 150mm travel front end paired with 145mm of Rear VPP suspension and 29er wheels it, strikes the balance of being able to descend super fast and controlled but still efficiently pedals for those all day epics! The frame design fits a water bottle, the excellent glove box storage compartment and tidy internal routing for cables.

The middle child in Santa Cruz’s line-up, Hightower is more manoeuvrable and trail friendly than its longer-travel sibling, the Megatower, while more at home in the steep-and-chunky than its snappy cousin Tallboy.

The C spec carbon frames are identical to the pricier CC spec though use an alternative carbon lay-up process. This means for a little extra weight the cost can come down. The C spec frame is still covered by the industry best Santa Cruz warranty and lifetime linkage bearing replacement program.
