The Pirelli Scorpion Race DH M Tyre features the DualWALL+ structure, perfect for downhill and enduro racing. This includes a 60tpi full double-ply carcass, a rubber insert in the bead area, and an extra fabric layer to stabilise the sidewall.
Our factory riders have helped us create a rigid-bead carcass that offers support under high loads and in fast corners. DualWALL+ is ideal for riders with an aggressive style who demand the best.
The SmartEVO DH Compound is specially formulated for enduro and downhill racing. It uses a single super-soft compound (42 Shore A) for the outer tread, providing grip across various temperatures and absorbing high-frequency vibrations. Underneath, a support compound offers mechanical stability and absorbs significant shocks. Together, these compounds ensure excellent handling, responsiveness, and control, as approved by professional riders.
