Cosmetic damage, damage that will not take in water and does not require fiberglass or carbon fiber work. Common examples of damage that only requires a quick repair are nasty scratches, or water-tight dings.
Quick board repairs are billed at a flat rate.
Damage that will take in water, repair work that requires fiberglass carbon fiber work and different epoxy fillers. Common examples of damage requiring a standard repair include small crunches, dings, and punctures.
Standard board repairs are billed at a flat rate.
Extensive damage requiring fiberglass or carbon fiber work, or extensive custom finishing.
Common examples of damage requiring extensive repairs include big or deep crunches, holes, cracks, delamination, or cases where color custom finishing to closely match paint colors is required.
Extensive board repairs are billed at a flat base rate up front, plus any additional labor hours required to complete the job.
If ordering your repair online, add a note in your order describing the board color, make, and model, and the damage that needs repair. If you’d like to ship your board to us for repair, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
If your board requires significantly more repair work than is included in the repair level you purchased or if there are any questions or issues, we will contact you before taking any action on your board.
