Marin’s Rift Zone is their purpose designed mountain bike for fast engaging trail riding. A modern approach to geometry and finely tweaked suspension makes for a 29″ wheeled, supremely playful, rapid bike.
The unidirectional carbon front triangle uses an alloy rear swingarm and makes use of Marin’s Multi-Trac suspension platform to give 125mm of rear travel. With 130mm of travel out front these are spot-on numbers for UK trail riding and more than enough for all but the craziest of black runs.
The Carbon 2 is the middle spec in Marin’s Rift Zone Carbon family and boasts an awesome build kit to compliment the amazing frame. Fox fork and shock, Shimano 12 speed drivetrain, Shimano 4-piston brakes and rider favourite Maxxis Assegai/Aggressor tyre combo to name just a few, the Marin Rift Zone Carbon 2 is an outstanding choice for a UK trail bike and will serve you well and keep you smiling for many, many off-road miles.
