Assembly method

Before assembling a new Ciclovation bar tape, remove the old tape and make sure to clean the handlebars.
Please peel off the sticker on the back of the tape first, and perform the following winding operations in a way to keep the adhesive clean.
Start at the bottom end of the handlebar.Reserve a short length of tape to tuck it into the handlebars, and then start wrapping it from the inside out.
When wrapping the right handlebar, please wrap it in a clockwise direction from the rider’s point of view; when wrapping the left handlebar, wrap it in a counterclockwise direction.
Continue to overlap and wrap the tape, keep the tape overlapped at half the width, and maintain a proper and stable tension, not too loose or too tight.
When wrapping to the proper position, please cut off the excess tape with the bevel in the direction of the center of the tape.(Left in the photo)
When wrapping the handlebar tape to the final finish, be sure to tighten and apply the Ciclovation finisher tape to maintain the best integrity of the handlebar.(picture right)
For the lock-in tail plug, please insert it into the handle hole, and use a 3mm Allen wrench to press the tail plug to the bottom and lock it.
