The Pivot Trailcat is a supremely versatile trail mountain bike, made to be fast, fun and efficient. The Trailcat LT bumps up the rear travel from the SL version for those wanting to hit some bigger features and technical lines on top of their regular trail rides
The carbon frame Trailcat LT has 150mm front and 135mm rear DW-Link travel and rolls on fast 29″ wheel sizing (though you can swap to MX wheel sizing using a flip-chip if you wish to maximise agility)
All of Pivot’s bikes benefit from the brand’s Hollow Core Carbon technology that uses clever internal moulding to minimise weight and maximise strength. The carbon in each hand-built frame is laid to achieve the same stiffness levels and capabilities in all sizes, then independent strength to weight analysis is conducted to verify these consistent performance metrics.
In-frame storage is built into the downtube of the Trailcat, in the form of Toolshed storage with an easy-to-use latching system for security. Inside the door, a magnet holds quick links for fast access, while an integrated strap loop can be primed to carry your favourite tool. Two included Toolshed bags will hold your necessities and spares, while mounting points under the top tube offer compatibility with Pivot’s exclusive Dock tool system.
