The Slingshot UFO V2 design pushes the boundaries of kite foiling. The kite’s rounded leading edge gives it an airfoil form, indicating that it is intended to be stable in the air and provide a smooth ride. This also makes it easy to control, even when flying at high speeds or pulling hard on your bars! Built off a strutless design, the UFO is more reliable, sleeker, and quicker than anything else on the marketthat’s why it’s the Unlimited Foiling Object.
Building on the foundations of its predecessor, the Slingshot UFO V2 expands the lightweight strutless design by implementing space-age materials that make the kite lighter with more excellent performance. The new range of sizes allows riders to build a complete UFO quiver and use the ideal size based on weight and wind conditions. UFO’s lightweight construction uses new state-of-the-art materials and is 25% lighter than UFO V2’s predecessor.
Riders will immediately feel the kite drag less through the air, thanks to this new aerodynamic bridle. With zero struts, the Slingshot UFO V2 3m UFO Kite is incredibly light and capable of flying in slant wind conditions. It is stripped of excess materials to keep it slim, lightweight, and ultra-responsive. Minimal seams, panels, and reinforcements keep the UFO small and safe. Compact = Excellent piloting, swing, and drift ability. Swept C = Large range with responsive power management to avoid over foiling.
